The software
nable's core (the finops-mcp package) is open source under the Apache License 2.0. You may use, modify, and redistribute it freely, including commercially. The code runs on your machines; you are responsible for the cloud credentials you give it and for reviewing remediation PRs before merging them.
Paid enterprise plans are a separate commercial product, provided under subscription.
Subscriptions
- Community is free, no card, no expiry.
- Enterprise plans are custom-priced; contact us. Any paid subscription purchased through the product is billed via Stripe, monthly or annually, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel anytime via the Stripe billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- License keys are issued per subscription and renewed automatically while the subscription is active. Do not share keys outside your organization.
Refunds
If nable did not work for you, email chaaandannn@gmail.com within 14 days of first payment and we will refund it. After that, refunds are at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Do not use nable to access cloud accounts you are not authorized to access, or to violate your cloud provider's terms.
Disclaimers
nable is provided as is. Cost figures come from your providers' APIs and can lag or differ from final invoices; recommendations are estimates, and you are responsible for changes you apply to your infrastructure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
